How will I receive my tickets?

There are several ways you may receive your ticket. The delivery method always depends on the club.

QR Code – sent directly to your email; simply save it to your phone.

Mobile Wallet – add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Club App – download the official club app and access your ticket there.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. All tickets are digital, and printing them is not allowed.

When will I receive my ticket?

Delivery times vary from match to match.

You will receive your ticket no later than 2 days before the game. Tickets are usually delivered well in advance of the match.

What does the info package include?

The info package gives you everything you need for the best possible experience, not only during the match but also throughout your stay in the city. You will receive our know-how, practical tips and recommendations on how to enjoy the destination to the fullest. It also includes interesting information about the club and the city, public transport and local prices.

What if I run into a problem while I’m in the city?

No worries, just contact us on WhatsApp. Before your trip, we will send you a message from our official number, so you will always know how to reach us. Our delegate will be available to guide you and help you with anything you might need.
