Customer Information – Package Travel

These details are provided in accordance with Act No. 159/1999 Coll. on certain conditions of business in the tourism sector and Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements.

They apply to all package tours organized by 90+ Football Travel Agency.

The Organizer holds a trade licence for “operation of a travel agency” and is insured against insolvency in accordance with § 6 of Act No. 159/1999 Coll.

 

 

 

Insurance Against Insolvency

 


All package tours organized by 90+ Football Travel Agency are insured against insolvency with

[insurance company name – to be filled in], policy No. [policy number – to be filled in].


The insurance covers:

 

  • the refund of all payments made by customers if the package cannot be provided due to the organizer’s insolvency,

  • the repatriation of customers to the Czech Republic if transport is included in the package,

  • reimbursement of the unused parts of the trip.

Payment Terms

 

 

  • The total price of the tour must be paid in full (100%) upon confirmation of the booking.

  • Payment is made by bank transfer to the account indicated in the booking confirmation or via the payment gateway on the website.

  • Once payment is received, the customer will receive confirmation of payment and a contract for the package.

  • If the payment is not made within the specified period, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking.

 

 

 

 

Cancellation Conditions

 


If the customer cancels participation in the tour, the following cancellation fees apply:

Special Provisions for Personalized Tickets

 


For tours that include a personalized (named) ticket for a sports or cultural event,

such tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable once the booking has been confirmed.


In such cases, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the ticket price applies, regardless of the time before the event.

The rest of the tour (hotel, transport etc.) follows the standard cancellation table above.

The customer will be expressly informed of this fact in the booking confirmation.

 

 

 

Transfer of Contract to Another Person

 


The customer may transfer the travel contract to another person before the start of the tour,

provided that the carriers and service providers allow it.

The transfer must be made no later than 7 days before departure with the Organizer’s consent.

The new participant assumes all rights and obligations of the original customer.

 

 

 

Restriction of Transfer for Personalized Services

 


For tours including a personalized (named) ticket or any service linked to a specific person,

the transfer of the contract to another person is not possible, as this would prevent service delivery.


Such tours are therefore non-transferable, and any attempt to change the name may result in the ticket being rejected by the event organizer.

The customer is clearly informed of this restriction in the tour offer and booking confirmation.

 

 

 

Minimum Number of Participants

 


The tour will take place only if the minimum number of 8 participants is reached, unless stated otherwise.

If this number is not reached, the Organizer may cancel the tour no later than 20 days before departure and will refund all payments in full.

 

 

 

Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

 


Each participant must hold a valid ID card or passport, and any other documents required by the destination country (e.g., visa, vaccination records).

The Organizer is not responsible for denial of entry caused by missing or invalid travel documents.

 

 

 

Rights of Travellers under EU Directive 2015/2302

 


All tours are covered by the rights of travellers under Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and Sections 2521–2539 of the Czech Civil Code.
