1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.90plustickets.com website and the purchase of products from 90+Tickets. By using www.90plustickets.com website, you (customer) agree to these terms.

We offer a service that includes providing a match ticket along with all the instructions you will need. Additionally, the service includes advice, guidance, and tips for traveling to the venue. 

2. Orders

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason and refund 100% of the amount to the account from which the product was paid.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in euro and include applicable taxes. Shipping is online and free of any fees.

  • Product = football ticket (or more) + information package (includes informations about city, public transport, how to get to the stadium, useful tips and more) + customer support (includes info how to receive the football tickets or help with any problem). 

3. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept Paypal and debit or credit card via GP webpay. Your order will not be processed until payment is received. If you have any issues with the payment gateway or PayPal, please contact us at 90plustickets@gmail.com.

When placing an order marked as Preorder, you will only pay a smaller portion of the price (specified for each product). Once we obtain the ticket, we will contact you via email to request payment of the remaining amount. Upon receiving this payment, we will send you the ticket. If the ticket is not available, the full amount you paid in advance will be refunded to your bank account, excluding any bank fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We don't ship any products on your address. 

• Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within few days. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We usually send your order within 3 days after we earn it from official club services. 

  • Sometimes you will be asked to take steps to properly receive your order. This may include downloading the club's app or setting up club membership. These steps may incur fees. We will always provide precise instructions and notify you in advance about any fees associated with these steps.

  • The order consists of a ticket to a sports event (which may be delivered in PDF format via email or sent to the official app of the respective club. In other cases, you will be precisely informed where to receive the ticket) and detailed instructions on how to properly handle the ticket, along with many other useful tips.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Czech republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Czech republic.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Introductory Provisions

This complaints procedure outlines the process for lodging complaints about tickets to cultural and sports events purchased through our sales channels.

  • Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

Right to Complain: The buyer has the right to complain about a ticket if it is non-functional, contains errors, or has other defects that prevent its use.

Time for Filing a Complaint: Complaints must be lodged without undue delay after discovering the defect, but no later than 30 days after the event.

  • Complaint Procedure

Contacting the Seller: To file a complaint, contact our customer service via email at 90plustickets@gmail.com.

Proof of Defect: In your email, provide a description of the problem and attach proof of the ticket defect (e.g., a photo of the ticket, proof of purchase, etc.).

Complaint Resolution: Upon receiving the complaint, we will inform you of the next steps. If the complaint is justified, you will be offered a repair of the ticket, a replacement ticket, or a refund.

  •  Complaint Handling

Timeframe for Resolution: Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of being filed, unless a longer period is agreed upon with the buyer.

Justified Complaints: If the complaint is deemed justified, all costs associated with the complaint will be refunded to the buyer.

  • Final Provisions

Liability: This complaints procedure is in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

Effectiveness: This complaints procedure is effective from the date of its publication and is available on our website.
